Ingredients
- 1 lbs (450 g) minced meat
- 1 can (540 mL) stewed tomatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) minute rice
Steps
- Form balls with the minced meat and cook in the microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain the fat.
- Add the minute rice, tomatoes, onion and pepper.
- Cover the dish and cook for another 6 minutes on HIGH.
