Texan Meatballs and Rice in the Microwave

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbs (450 g) minced meat 
  2. 1 can (540 mL) stewed tomatoes 
  3. 1 large onion, sliced 
  4. 1 green pepper, diced 
  5. 1 cup (250 mL) minute rice

Steps

  1. Form balls with the minced meat and cook in the microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain the fat.
  2. Add the minute rice, tomatoes, onion and pepper.
  3. Cover the dish and cook for another 6 minutes on HIGH.
