Serve with white rice or salad and your choice of vegetables.

Ingredients

  1. 2 medium pork tenderloins
  2. 1/2 cup (125 mL) teriyaki sauce
  3. 6 tbsp (90 mL) maple syrup
  4. 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 3 cloves garlic
  7. 5 drops Tabasco

Steps

  1. Cut the tenderloins into square-inch pieces. You can also lightly press the pieces with a spoon before placing them in the marinade.
  2. Marinate all of the ingredients in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the meat from the refrigerator 4 to 5 hours prior to cooking.
  4. Sear the pork in a cast-iron pan.
  5. After a few moments, lower the heat slightly. This will produce a sauce.
  6. Once the sauce has evaporated (about 15 minutes), add the remaining marinade and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has evaporated.
