Ingredients
- 3 sesame seed bagels, halved
- 2 cans tuna
- Miracle Whip
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices mozarella
Steps
- Drain tuna and place in bowl. Add Miracle Whip, green onions and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well.
- Spread tuna mixture on 6 bagel halves and top each with a slice of mozzarella.
- Place on baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes.
- Top with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
- Note: I use Miracle Whip because it provides that extra-tangy flavour. If you wish, you can use mayonnaise instead.
