Ingredients
- 1 pound ground bison
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- Crushed tortilla chips and sour cream for garnish
Steps
- Brown meat in large skillet. Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Garnish with chips and sour cream before serving.
