Ingredients

  1. 500 ml (2 cups) sour cream or plain yogurt 
  2. 500 ml (2 cups) mayonnaise 
  3. 1/2 packet (20 grams) Knorr vegetable soup mix 
  4. 1 package (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed and chopped 
  5. 1 round loaf bread for serving dip 
  6. 1 baguette

Steps

  1. Thaw and drain spinach.
  2. Chop the spinach.
  3. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, drained spinach and vegetable soup mix.
  4. Cut the top off the loaf like a lid. Hllow ut the loaf and cut up removed bread to serve with dip.
  5. Pour spinach mixture into the loaf.
  6. Cut the baguette into pieces and serve with the dip.
