Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 500 ml (2 cups) mayonnaise
- 1/2 packet (20 grams) Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 package (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
- 1 round loaf bread for serving dip
- 1 baguette
Steps
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Chop the spinach.
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, drained spinach and vegetable soup mix.
- Cut the top off the loaf like a lid. Hllow ut the loaf and cut up removed bread to serve with dip.
- Pour spinach mixture into the loaf.
- Cut the baguette into pieces and serve with the dip.
