Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) onions, in small dice
- 1 green pepper
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 drops Tabasco
Steps
- Cut the avocados in two to remove the pit. Remove the peel and extract the flesh.
- Turn into a purée and add lime juice.
- Add olive oil.
- Peel and dice the tomato. Add the well chopped onion and the green pepper.
- Finely chop the coriander and combine all ingredients well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
