Ingredients
- 1 can (113 g) cocktail shrimp
- 1 can (9 oz; 284 mL) cream of mushroom
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise or salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
- 2 or 3 drops Tabasco
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Cheddar
- 50 small vol-au-vents, individual portions, ready-to-stuff
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the vol-au-vents.
- Fill each vol-au-vent with the shrimp stuffing.
- Bake at 350 F (180 C) on a cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.
