To garnish this beef burger alternative, add one or two slices of tomato, some lettuce and the condiments of your choice.
Ingredients
- 2 tins (2 x 7.5 oz; 2 x 200 g) salmon
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup (100 g) soda cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp (0.5 g) thyme
- 2 tbsp (30 mL; 18 g) onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Drain the salmon.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the butter.
- Form patties.
- Fry the patties in butter until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
