Rice with Tuna

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (500 mL) cooked rice 
  2. 2 tins (2 x 170 g) tuna, crumbled 
  3. 1 can (284 mL) cream of mushroom soup 
  4. 2 cups (500 mL) broccoli, cooked 
  5. Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps

  1. Combine the rice, tuna and soup; pour into an ovenproof dish.
  2. Sprinkle with pieces of broccoli and add the grated cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350 F (180 C) for 20 minutes until au gratin.
