Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 pineapple slices, cut in pieces
- 4 oz (125 mL) cognac
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 8 tbsp (120 mL) maraschino cherry juice
- 2 bottles (1.5 L) red wine
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Cut the lemon in slices and the pineapple in pieces.
- Place them in a punch bowl. Cover with the cognac, the brown sugar diluted in 1cup (250 mL) water and the maraschino cherry juice.
- Let it stand for 1 hour. Add the red wine and the ice cubes.
