Note: At the end of the meal, beat an egg into the mixture and enjoy! Delicious and a great trick for digesting fondue!
Ingredients
- 1 package (about 50 g) onion soup mix
- 4-1/2 cups (1.25 L) water
- 1 cup (250 mL) red wine
- 1 tbsp (45 mL) chili sauce
- Lemon juice
- 3/4 cup (about 25 g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
Steps
- Combine all the ingredients in an earthenware fondue pot. Simmer on medium heat for one hour.
