Ingredients

  1. 1 can chickpeas (796 mL/28 oz) 
  2. 1 can bean medley (540 mL/19 oz) 
  3. 2 cans tuna (170 g each), drained 
  4. 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
  5. 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 
  6. 1 tsp basil 
  7. 1 tsp oregano 
  8. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
  9. 1/8 tsp salt 
  10. 1/4 tsp pepper 
  11. 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  12. 2 celery stalks, diced

Steps

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix together well, then serve.
