Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 4 mushrooms, in pieces
- 1/4 red pepper, in strips
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- Some Kalamata olives, sliced
- Some sundried tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 4 spears asparagus, cut into pieces
- 4 leeks, chopped
- Herbs, to taste
- Seasoned olive oil
- Mozzarella cheese, and other cheese, to taste (goat, cheddar, etc.)
Steps
- Lay out the 4 tortillas on cookie sheets and cover with pizza sauce.
- Spread the mushrooms, peppers, garlic, olives, tomatoes, asparagus and leeks.
- Sprinkle with herbs and a dash of oil.
- Add the cheeses.
- Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 10 to 13 minutes.
