Ingredients

  1. 1 cup hazelnuts 
  2. 2 tablespoons honey 
  3. 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa 
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  5. 1/4-1/2 cup of powdered milk 
  6. Milk (a little more than 1/2 cup)

Steps

  1. Put the nuts in the blender and cover with milk. You can let them soak for a few minutes if desired.
  2. Blend together the hazelnuts and milk.
  3. Add honey, cocoa and vanilla. Blend.
  4. Add powdered milk gradually while continuing to blend together until a thick, smooth paste is formed.
  5. Pour into a Mason jar or other glass container. Chill in the refrigerator.
