Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) medium ground beef
- 7 medium-sized potatoes
- 5 medium-sized carrots
- 1 can (398 mL) yellow or green beans
- 2 jars (398 mL each) barbecue sauce
Steps
- Dice the potatoes. Peel, if desired.
- Peel the carrots and cut in rounds.
- In a saucepan, cook the potatoes and carrots until desired tenderness, about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt a bit of butter or margarine and cook the ground beef for 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Drain the carrots and potatoes.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat until the sauce starts to smoke. Serve.
