You can vary the amounts of vegetables according to personal taste and/or what you have in your fridge.

Ingredients

  1. half green pepper 
  2. half red pepper 
  3. half yellow pepper  
  4. half orange pepper  
  5. one zucchini  
  6. one large red onion  
  7. button mushrooms  
  8. garlic 
  9.  
  10. ** VARY AMOUNTS OF VEGETABLES ACCORDING TO PERSONAL TASTE AND/OR WHATEVER YOU MIGHT HAVE IN YOUR FRIDGE

  12. raspberry vinegarette dressing

Steps

  1. Wash all vegetables. Chop peppers into bite-size pieces. Slice zucchini into coin-shape pieces. Chop onion into 8 pieces. Quarter mushrooms. Slice garlic into 2-3 pieces.
  2. Place vegetables in a container and cover with raspberry vinegarette dressing. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Shake container occassionally to coat vegetables.
  3. Saute in frying pan (stir occassionally) until desired tenderness of vegetables is reached; OR place in a grilling basket and place on BBQ (shaking occasionally) over medium heat until desired tenderness is reached.
