Ingredients
- 1 12-inch pizza crust
- Olive oil, to taste
- 3/4 (190 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) parmesan, freshly grated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 12 black olives, chopped in half
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Oregano
- Pepper
Steps
- Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the pizza crust.
- Spread the pizza sauce and the two cheeses.
- Add the tomatoes, onion and olives.
- Combine the oil, oregano, pepper and garlic and sprinkle over the pizza.
- Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
