Ingredients

  1. 1 12-inch pizza crust 
  2. Olive oil, to taste 
  3. 3/4 (190 mL) pizza sauce 
  4. 1/2 cup (125 mL) feta cheese, crumbled 
  5. 1/2 cup (125 mL) parmesan, freshly grated 
  6. 2 tomatoes, sliced 
  7. 1 small onion, finely sliced 
  8. 12 black olives, chopped in half 
  9. 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil 
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced 
  11. Oregano 
  12. Pepper

Steps

  1. Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the pizza crust.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce and the two cheeses.
  3. Add the tomatoes, onion and olives.
  4. Combine the oil, oregano, pepper and garlic and sprinkle over the pizza.
  5. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
