Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt, pepper, granulated sugar and dried oregano
- 8 cups (2 L) torn fresh spinach
Steps
- In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, granulated sugar and dried oregano. Add spinach; toss.
