Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) garlic butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated Parmesan
- 1/8 cup (25 mL) mushroom stems
- Gruyère cheese to taste
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
- Remove the mushroom stems and cut into little pieces.
- Combine all of the ingredients, using enough garlic butter so they stick together.
- Using a teaspoon, fill the mushroom caps without breaking them.
- Top with Gruyère. Cook in oven for 10 minutes to heat through and then broil.
