Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 4-5 large strawberries
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- About 6 large tbsp of vanilla yogurt 8%
- A little maple syrup or chocolate liquid (to sweeten)
Steps
- Put all ingredients in the blender and liquefy. The longer you blend, the creamier it will be – delicious!

This recipe is perfect for lunch on the run, or when you're not that hungry. You can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to make it a protein drink.
