Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz; 284 mL) chicken broth
- Vermicelli noodles
- Food colouring
Steps
- In a pot, preferably old and cast-iron, cook the broth — you can select any flavour — chicken, beef, tomato, etc.)
- Add the vermicelli noodles and cook.
- Let cool. Add food colouring of every colour until the soup turns black. Read the package, sometimes the manufacturer suggests the proper proportions.
- Serve hot.
