Fortified Milkshake

I prepare this recipe for my daughter, who never has time for a proper breakfast!

Ingredients

  1. 1 container (175 mL) yogurt, any flavour 
  2. 1 banana, cut in two 
  3. A few strawberries, fresh or frozen 
  4. A few blueberries, fresh or frozen 
  5. About 1/4 cup (65 mL) milk

Steps

  1. In a blender, puree the yogurt, banana, strawberries and blueberries.
  2. Add milk until desired texture. Mix well and pour into a tall glass.
