I prepare this recipe for my daughter, who never has time for a proper breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 container (175 mL) yogurt, any flavour
- 1 banana, cut in two
- A few strawberries, fresh or frozen
- A few blueberries, fresh or frozen
- About 1/4 cup (65 mL) milk
Steps
- In a blender, puree the yogurt, banana, strawberries and blueberries.
- Add milk until desired texture. Mix well and pour into a tall glass.
