Ingredients
- 8-10 Red Skinned potatoes
- 3 Onions
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 2 T Mrs. Dash
Steps
- Wash and cut each potato into 4 large wedge pieces. Quarter the onions. Toss it all with olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
- Place in slow cooker on low setting. Leave for the day, about 5-7 hours.
