Fiery Bloody Marys with Cucumber Spears

Ingredients

  1. Ice cubes 
  2. 1/4 cup (50 mL) Vodka 
  3. 1 tsp (5 mL) Horseradish 
  4. 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce 
  5. 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Pepper 
  6. 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Hot pepper sauce 
  7. 1 cup (250 mL) Tomato juice 
  8. 1 Wedge lime 
  9. 1 Cucumber spear

Steps

  1. Fill tall glass with ice. Add vodka, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Stir in tomato juice; squeeze lime over top. Serve with cucumber spear.
  3. Tip: To cut cucumber spears, peel and halve cucumber lengthwise; seed and cut in half crosswise. Cut each half lengthwise into 4 spears.
