Ingredients
- 2 cups (200 g) cooked chicken, in pieces
- 3/4 cup (190 mL) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can (10 oz; 284 mL) cream of chicken
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) water
- 1 package (318 g) Pillsbury large croissants
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
- In the microwave, cook the vegetables in water for 5 minutes.
- In an 8-inch (20 cm) square ovenproof dish, mix the chicken, water, vegetables and cream of chicken.
- Open the package of large croissants. Unroll the dough to cover the chicken mixture. Pull the dough lightly in order to cover everything.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
