Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (200 g) cooked chicken, in pieces  
  2. 3/4 cup (190 mL) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 
  3. 1 can (10 oz; 284 mL) cream of chicken  
  4. 1/4 cup (65 mL) water  
  5. 1 package (318 g) Pillsbury large croissants

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. In the microwave, cook the vegetables in water for 5 minutes.
  3. In an 8-inch (20 cm) square ovenproof dish, mix the chicken, water, vegetables and cream of chicken.
  4. Open the package of large croissants. Unroll the dough to cover the chicken mixture. Pull the dough lightly in order to cover everything.
  5. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
