Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) white wine
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) corn oil
- 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
- Combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until desired consistency.
