Dijon Veal Scallops

Ingredients

  1. 8 veal scallops 
  2. 2/3 cup whipping cream 
  3. 1-1/2 cups (120 g) shredded Gruyère cheese 
  4. 3 tbsp (45 mL) Dijon mustard

Steps

  1. In non-stick skillet, melt butter and brown veal scallops.
  2. Place scallops in an ovenproof casserole.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over scallops.
  4. Cook in 350 F (180 C) oven for 50 minutes. Serve on white rice.
  5. Quick and excellent!
