Ingredients
- 8 veal scallops
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1-1/2 cups (120 g) shredded Gruyère cheese
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Dijon mustard
Steps
- In non-stick skillet, melt butter and brown veal scallops.
- Place scallops in an ovenproof casserole.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over scallops.
- Cook in 350 F (180 C) oven for 50 minutes. Serve on white rice.
