Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup (50 g) Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (15 g) green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cans (7.5 oz; 213 g each) salmon, drained
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Cook the potatoes and mash them.
- Add the other ingredients and combine.
- Put in a pie plate and bake at 400 F (200 C) for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden.
- Serve with a green salad.
