Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) cabbage, grated
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp (60 g) sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 g) chives, dried
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
- Onion powder, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
