Creamy Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 3 shallots, minced
- 2/3 cup (170 ml) 15% cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dry white wine
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) marjoram
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Steps
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken strips and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add the shallots. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add wine, cream, marjoram and sundried tomatoes. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken to sauce. Reheat for 2 to 3 minutes.
