Serve with bread or a few croutons!
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli or cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 or 3 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 4 cups (1 L) chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) milk or cream
Steps
- Cut up the vegetables.
- Cook all the ingredients, except the milk, until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the cooked vegetables into a blender with the milk, reheat and serve.
