Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) sugar
- 2 cups (500 mL) cranberries
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) orange juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) orange zest
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Cook in microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Crush cranberries with the back of a spoon.
- Continue cooking in the microwave for another 3 minutes.
- Mix well.
- Store in refrigerator until needed.

This recipe yields about 375 mL of cranberry sauce. It's delicious with turkey.
