Comida's Slow-Cooker Pepper Beef

Ingredients

  1. 1-1/4 lb of beef, cubed 
  2. 1 can cream of mushroom 
  3. 1 can sliced mushrooms 
  4. 1 packet of Knorr Five Pepper sauce 
  5. 1 onion, sliced 
  6. 3 carrots, sliced 
  7. 5 to 6 potato slices 
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. Place cubes of beef, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, mushrooms and slices of onion in slow cooker. Add a little salt, to taste.
  2. Dissolve pepper sauce in 1-1/4 cup hot water. Add cream of mushroom, mix well and pour into the slow cooker.
  3. Bake for 4 hours on HI or 7 hours on LOW.
