Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lb of beef, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet of Knorr Five Pepper sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 5 to 6 potato slices
- Salt
Steps
- Place cubes of beef, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, mushrooms and slices of onion in slow cooker. Add a little salt, to taste.
- Dissolve pepper sauce in 1-1/4 cup hot water. Add cream of mushroom, mix well and pour into the slow cooker.
- Bake for 4 hours on HI or 7 hours on LOW.
