Ingredients
- 2 cans (2 x 284 mL) beef consommé
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 package (about 50 g) onion soup mix
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups (500 mL) water
- 1 cup (250 mL) red wine
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Put all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
- Heat until boiling.
- Pour the hot broth into a fondue pot.
