Ingredients

  1. 2 cans (2 x 284 mL) beef consommé 
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped 
  3. 2 cloves garlic 
  4. 2 bay leaves 
  5. 1 package (about 50 g) onion soup mix 
  6. 10 drops Tabasco sauce 
  7. 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce 
  8. 2 cups (500 mL) water 
  9. 1 cup (250 mL) red wine 
  10. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Put all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Heat until boiling.
  3. Pour the hot broth into a fondue pot.
