This recipe is good for about 600 g of chicken breasts.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) chili powder
- Parsley, to taste
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Mix together all of the ingredients.
- Add chicken cut in cubes and let marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
- From time to time, stir the chicken to help it absorb the marinade.
- Prepare the brochettes with your choice of vegetables and cook on the barbecue.
- Bring the remaining marinade to a boil if you wish to use it as a basting sauce while cooking the brochettes.
