Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) cooked chicken, cut up
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) broccoli, cooked, in florets
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) celery, diced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 apple, cubed
Steps
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.
- Meanwhile, cut up the chicken. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Dice the celery. Place it in the bowl with the chicken.
- Next, cube the apple and add it to the chicken.
- Finally, slice the green onion and add it to the bowl. Combine all with the mayonnaise.
- When the broccoli is cooked, drain well and add it to the bowl. Mix gently.
- Serve hot or cold.
