Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable bouillon
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 4 canned artichoke hearts
- 1-1/2 cups (400 g) cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) tarragon (fresh is better)
- 2 tbsp (30 g) capers
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) white pepper
Steps
- Mix together all of the ingredients.
- Spread on a pre-cooked pizza crust.
- Cook in the oven at 350 F for 10 to 20 minutes.
