Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs (900 g) carrots 
  2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  3. 5 tbsp (75 mL) plain yogurt 
  4. 6 tbsp (90 mL) mayonnaise 
  5. 1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins, optional

Steps

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Combine the garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the carrots and raisins. Mix well.
