Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900 g) carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) plain yogurt
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins, optional
Steps
- Grate the carrots.
- Combine the garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the carrots and raisins. Mix well.
