Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz; 170 g) tuna
- 3/4 cup (190 mL) bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Steps
- Drain the can of tuna. In a bowl, crush the tuna with a fork.
- Add the bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook in a skillet for about 5 minutes each side.
- Garnish buns with lettuce. Add the tuna patties and top with mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, etc.
