Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, medium
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) butter
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) 2% milk
- 6 branches fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sour cream (optional)
Steps
- Peel the potatoes.
- Bring a saucepan of water to boil. Boil the potatoes. Potatoes are ready when they break easily.
- Once cooked, place the potatoes in a large bowl with butter, milk and sour cream. Mash until desired consistency.
- Add the chopped chives. Mix slightly.
- Serve immediately.
