Ingredients
- 8 chicken quarters (leg & thigh)
- curry
- pepper
- garlic power
- poultry seasoning
- vegetable oil
Steps
- Trim chicken quarters (if extra fat, skin, or back is attached).
- Rinse chicken in cold water; pat dry.
- Lay out chicken on a flat pan or cookie sheet.
- Brush vegetable oil on chicken.
- Sprinkle curry powder, pepper, garlic powder and poultry seasoning on chicken.
- Turn chicken over and repeat steps 4 and 5.
- Cook at 350°F on barbecue; flip chicken at 30 minutes and cook 30 more minutes or until chicken is cooked.
