Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) grated lemon rind
- 4 tsp (20 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped capers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) smoked or sweet paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper

- In bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon rind and juice, capers, garlic, paprika and cayenne.
