Ingredients
- 2 Racks of spare ribs, cut into sections
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 large cooking onion, sliced
- 2 cans gingerale
- 1 1/2 cups Herb & Garlic ready-made Marinade
- 3/4 cup Canadian Maple Syrup
- Store-bought chicken & rib BBq Sauce
Steps
- In large roasting pan place sliced onion on bottom of roaster. Place sections of ribs, fatty side down on top. Place sliced lemons on top of ribs.
- Combine the gingerale and marinade sauce together and pour over ribs.
- Place in 350°F oven for 1-1/2 hours.
- Preheat grill to med-high. Combine maple syrup with bbq sauce to spread over ribs when barbecuing.
- Use tongs to take ribs out of roaster, taking the lemon and onion from the meat before grilling.
- Place ribs on bbq and spread sauce on top as you brown the ribs.
