Ingredients
- 1 medium broccoli, in florets and blanched in lightly salted boiling water
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 small carrot, diced and blanched in lightly salted boiling water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small can (199 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) bottled Italian dressing
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) sugar
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinaigrette and sugar.
- Add the sauce to the vegetables and mix well.
- Serve cold.
