Ingredients

  1. 1 pizza dough 
  2. 1 package (about 30 g) Knorr hollandaise sauce (enough for 2 pizzas) 
  3. 5 eggs 
  4. 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk 
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste 
  6. 1 medium onion, chopped 
  7. 1/2 lbs (225 g) cooked bacon, cut into small pieces 
  8. Lactancia’s Italian-style grated cheese

Steps

  1. Prepare the sauce according to package directions, and spread enough over the dough to cover. Save the rest of the sauce for another pizza.
  2. Cook the onions in a bit of butter. Meanwhile, mix the eggs and milk together to make an omelette. Add the onions with a bit of salt and pepper, and cook until the eggs are done.
  3. Lay the bacon over the sauce, add the omelette and cover with cheese.
