Boston Leaf Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup (50 mL) extra-virgin olive oil 
  2. 3 tbsp (50 mL) balsamic vinegar 
  3. 1 tsp (5 mL) grainy mustard 
  4. 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each dried basil, salt and pepper 
  5. 6 cups (1.5 L) torn Boston lettuce 
  6. 1 cup (250 mL) sliced cucumber 
  7. 1/2 cup (125 mL) each chopped radishes and bean sprout

Steps

  1. In large bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, grainy mustard, dried basil, salt and pepper. Add Boston lettuce, cucumber; radishes and bean sprouts. Toss.
