Some good vegetables for these skwerers include onions, green peppers, mushrooms, squash, cherry tomatoes, etc. Serve over white rice and serve with a little marinade over the rice and beef.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup (375 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup (170 ml) water
- 2/3 cup (170 ml) sugar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) beef bouillon
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) garlic powder
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) paprika
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) dry mustard
- 1-1/2 lb (675 g) beef, cubed
- Vegetables of your choice, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Steps

Boil water and remove from heat.
- Add sugar, bouillon, garlic powder, paprika and dry mustard to boiling water.
- Stir well so that the sugar is dissolved. Add vinegar and oil.
- Put the beef and vegetables into the marinade.
- Put mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
- Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers and put the marinade in a baking dish supporting the skewers.
- Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C), turning occasionally.
