Ingredients
- 1 can (540 mL) chickpeas
- 1 can (540 mL) red kidney beans
- 1 can (540 mL) mixed beans
- Olive oil, to taste
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, quartered
- 1/2 green pepper, quartered
- Salt, pepper, parsley, basil and oregano, to taste
Steps
- Rinse and drain all the beans.
- In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Add the beans.
- Refrigerate for one day before serving.
