Ingredients
- 2 thick sirloin steaks (or steak of your choice)
- 1 - 1 litre bottle of Castelevetro red wine

- Place steaks in a baking pan that fits both. Pour wine over steaks until there is about a 1/2 inch of wine in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 3 hours minimum, for the day or overnight.
- During the marinating time, turn steak over about every hour and baste well.
- Before starting to barbecue, coat grill with cooking oil -- use a paper towel soaked with oil but not dripping.
- Fire up the grill at medium-low heat and give it time to heat properly, about 10 minutes.
- Cooking time varies depending on how you like your steak but medium rare would be about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
