Ingredients
- 1 cedar plank
- 2 portion size of skinless and boneless salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp of good terriyaki sauce
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Steps
- Soak the cedar plank for at least 2 hours in water. Marinate the fish fillets with the teriyaki sauce while the plank is soaking.
- Dry the plank and spray or rub with oil. Place the fish on the plank. Put the planked fish on a medium high barbecue and close lid. Check on it to be sure the wood is not on fire.
- After about 15-20 minutes, depending on desired doneness of fish, it is ready, Leave the plank on the grill to cool off with the barbecue turned off.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salmon.
